At Indie Collective, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

🚚 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after placement.

  • Once your order is processed, it will be shipped within 1-3  days from our warehouse.

  • You’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking details as soon as your package is dispatched.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your PIN code, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances like weather or strikes.

🚀 Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a small handling fee may apply (if applicable, shown at checkout).
